As a concrete worker, you will be an important part of the production team, working with tasks such as formwork, reinforcement, and casting. You contribute daily to projects where quality, safety, and collaboration are at the center.

The work is practical and varied, with a sometimes high pace. It requires precision, responsibility, and good teamwork skills. You will be part of a workplace with a strong team spirit where everyone helps each other to achieve common goals.

• Has experience in concrete work or another practical trade
• Is meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Enjoys physical work and can handle heavy tasks
• Can work both independently and in a team
• Has proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, to read blueprints and communicate at work

• Experience in the concrete industry
• Forklift and/or crane license
• Experience in related trades

• A stable position in a future-oriented industry
